There's a monthly membership fee but if you buy
$67 in ad packs, your surfing will pay the fee
every month (as long as you surf everyday) and
anything over $67 will earn you a profit.

A "Bronze" membership fee is $20/month (plus a
one-time $5 set-up fee).

It's a "Forced Matrix" so you'll end up with a
downline even if you don't (or can't) build a
downline yourself. And the program is still

I'm sad to say that PHROA is closing it's doors. Kirk has
stopped taking deposits.

I received this e-mail from him on March 19th:

I am writing to you to inform you the program is dead. You and I have tried everything to make this work but there just is no interest. As far as i can see the industry is pretty much dead also. I am sure the fees and my past reputation with MGV may have something to do with it. At any rate there is no sense continuing to work PHROA and pay the hosting and fees involved with using the shadow script i am renting. So i will talk with the hosting owner and discuss my options, Then make a decision on what to do next. I still welcome all members to join us in the skype chat room to be part of the outcome. You can find the link in the contact central link in your members area. I am sorry things went this way, I really thought we had something here. Anyways don't worry abo! ut your money i am not in trouble money wise. There may be a minor delay on funds but only a couple days. Kirk is a very honest admin.. PHROA just wasn't working. Anyone
that has ever been a member of Kirk's program(s) knows this.
That's why you have no negative posts here from the members of
PHROA. Kirk will treat you fairly and not hide from you when things
aren't going right. The members are notified so there is no wondering.
